Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Highland Equestrian.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time 
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from receiving your order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail at second class for all small items. Medium items will be sent via Parcel Force and large items via courier. This can take up to 5 working days in total (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDED WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAY'S)

Most deliveries will take up to 4 working days, however please allow 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) for delivery.

Our open hours for processing and dispatching orders are Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm.

Orders placed after 4pm shall start to be processed the next working day. 

If you place an order after 4pm on a Friday then you order wont start been processed till the next working day, which would be the Monday.

Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard	£50.01 and up	2 to 4 business days	Free

                            

All items are sent by Royal Mail or Courier depending on size

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages

Highland Equestrian is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

We do not ship outside the UK
